What this site is:  It is a news, editorial, opinion and commentary site covering many topics as shown on the pages listed on top of this page.  Over 80 sources are gleaned daily for information which is commented upon on these pages, and for which links are supplied. 

It is a portal through which member and visitor feedback, comments, suggestions, and links to interesting information is sought and encouraged through the use of the forum page (here).  You can also e-mail the administrator directly (here). 

It is a means which you can use to direct your friends, contacts, and associates to in order to help them better understand what is happening in this country. 

And finally, it is a forum through which you can glean information usable in either starting a group (Tea Party or similar) or as an aid in offering your existing group current information.

As we get closer to the elections, there are more and more activities to be posted.  Be sure to check out the Events and Actions Page.

This year the Liberty Trail Tea Party Rally on Randall Road extending from Aurora to Crystal Lake (and all towns in between) is being held on Saturday, September 11 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  We had a good turn-out last year; but considering the current political turmoil, let's give the people a really big show!  So, tell your friends, make your signs, and walk with us.  Flyers will be circulated soon by your party coordinator.  Stay tuned to this site for updates as they become available.  Go to the EVENTS page for the locations in your town (not all are yet available, but will be soon).

Pack a picnic, bring a blanket or lawn chair; meet your neighbors and candidates.

^{The owner of the strip mall, has graciously allowed The Schaumburg Tea Party the use of his mall for staging and parking.}

^{We will meet at the NW corner of Schaumburg Road & Plum Grove Rd, Schaumburg, IL}

^{directly behind the Mobil Station on the corner at 8A to get the banners on the fire truck}

^{and load the handouts.}

^{If you want an early breakfast Maxfield’s restaurant is at the west end of the strip mall}

Well, vets are connecting with the help of Mary Alger and anyone with just a little time and some baked goods out in McHenry.  Pretty SIMPLE!  Dare I say it??  Just like the good ol' days?  Baked goods?  Hey, if the price of gas would come down a little, I'd drive to McHenry.  I love to bake.

The "Down Range Club" is a clubhouse for McHenry County Iraq & Afghanistan War Vets located in Woodstock, IL.

They can gather to play cards, chess, horseshoes, watch TV/DVD's, go online, use the lending library, and look at jobs posted there.

All that's missing is your baked goodie for them!

Let's let them feel the love by making sure there is a

baked goodie there for them every day.

The "Down Range Club" is located at

12320 Davis Road, Woodstock, IL 60098

Davis Road is the frontage road just North of the Woodstock Harley Davidson entrance off of route 47 (goes behind the old Farm & Fleet bldg.)

The club house is open 10 am - 10 pm Monday - Saturday

and Sunday 11 am - 3 pm

10.  I voted Democrat because I believe oil companies' profits of 4% on a gallon of gas are obscene but the government taxing the same gallon of gas at 15% isn't.

9.  I voted Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of spending the money I earn than I would.  

8.  I voted Democrat because Freedom of speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it.  

7.  I voted Democrat because I'm way too irresponsible to own a gun, and I know that my local police are all I need to protect me from murderers and thieves.

6.  I voted Democrat because I believe that people who can't tell us if it will rain on Friday can tell us that the polar ice caps will melt away in ten years if I don't start driving a Prius.

5.  I voted Democrat because I'm not concerned about the slaughter of millions of babies through abortion so long as we keep all death row inmates alive.

4.  I voted Democrat because I think illegal aliens have a right to free health care, education, and Social Security benefit.

3.  I voted Democrat because I believe that business should not be allowed to make profits for themselves. They need to break even and give the rest away to the government for redistribution as the democrats see fit.

2.  I voted Democrat because I believe liberal judges need to rewrite the Constitution every few days to suit some fringe kooks who would never get their agendas past the voters.

1.  I voted Democrat because my head is so firmly planted up my ass that it is unlikely that I'll ever have another point of view.

Can you imagine what would happen if a Christian Group demanded the right to close down a busy PUBLIC street for a couple of hours each day. To Muslims the ONLY law which must be obeyed is Sharia - US, NY, NYC be damned. Where are our brave politicians? Hiding behind Ayatollah Obama and his friends. I can see the sign now...
